This launch website collects only the information users deliberately submit through enquiry forms and ordinary technical request logs. Clinical data should not be submitted through public enquiry forms. Production patient-data handling will be governed through the IYU Health application, purpose-specific consent, role-based access, security controls and applicable law.

This page is an interim launch notice and must be replaced by counsel-approved production privacy documentation before patient-data services go live.
